Between 7.30 and 18.00 hours it is too hot to run. You can bike at other times, but it I advise you to avoid the warmest part of the day. Of course you can swim or kayak the whole day. During the trainings I intend to show the participants the most beautiful parts of Curaçao. These are places where, in general, you would not come as a tourist, because to get there you must know the (off road) ways.

Preceding running events (these are always on Sundays and the start is always early in the morning) we will mainly run. If the number of participants requires it, I will ask other runners to assist me. For the running trainings Herman Couperus, one of the fastest runners of Curaçao and trainer of the Road Runners Club Korsou (RRCK), is willing to assist me.
I will only take care of the training sessions. You have to book the flight and the hotel or apartment yourself. I will pick you up at your hotel or apartment to go to the training, take care of the training, take care of the drinks after the training, bring you back after the training and take care of the subscription for the event.
You have to bring your own drinks to the training, because it is necessary to keep drinking during the training, because you will sweat a lot! We always run with a little bottle in our hand, but if you prefer a drinking belt, put it in your suitcase. During the biking you will need at least two big bottles. For long distances it may be wise to bring a third bottle. |
